Update on the Historic Rogers Road Neighborhood Task Force PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is to review the final report of the Historic Rogers Road Neighborhood Task Force. Seven recommendations have been developed that address topics including the provision of sewer services, expansion of the Chapel Hill extra-territorial planning jurisdiction, annexation of County-owned property, and collaborative planning in the Historic Rogers Road area.
