Request to Set Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit, 103 Old Fayetteville Road, Watershed Residential Minor Subdivision PURPOSE: Crabtree Heirs are proposing to create a minor subdivision/recombination of the properties associated-with and adjacent-to 103 Old Fayetteville Road. This plat will create one new lot but will recombine the existing lots so that their resultant layouts will change.
