2013 North Carolina Bike Summit Update PURPOSE: The Board is asked to receive an update on the 2013 North Carolina Bike Summit, to be held in Carrboro on October 18-20 at the Hampton Inn and Suites. The Board is asked to consider a Town sponsorship of the Summit.
