Request to Set Public Hearing to Consider a Map Amendment for Property Located at 210 Hillsborough Road from B-2 CZ to R-10 PURPOSE: Section 15-321 of the Land Use Ordinance (LUO) provides for the initiation of amendments to the Town’s zoning map. NCLA Properties, L.L.C., has submitted a petition to change the zoning at 210 Hillsborough Road from B-2 CZ to R-10. A resolution that provides the Board with the opportunity to set a public hearing date, direct staff to prepare an appropriate ordinance and refer the request to advisory boards is provided. The Board must receive public comment before taking action on the draft ordinance.
