Review of the 2013 Draft Annual Report on the Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (SAPFO) from the Technical Advisory Committee PURPOSE: The Orange County Board of County Commissioners has referred the 2013 report for review and comments. The Board of Commissioners is scheduled to certify the report in May and has requested comments from signatories to the Memorandum of Understanding by April 19, 2013. A resolution that provides an opportunity for the Board of Aldermen to specify comments has been prepared.
