GRANT SUBMITTAL TO PURCHASE RECYCLING CONTAINERS FOR USE IN DOWNTOWN PURPOSE: The purpose of this agenda item is to request the Board of Aldermen authorize Town staff to submit a grant proposal to the NC Department of Environment and Natural Resources (NCDENR) for the purchase of recycling containers for use in the downtown business area.
