Request-to-Set a Public Hearing on Amendments to the Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (SAPFO) PURPOSE: The purpose of this item is for the Board to consider setting a public hearing on a potential text amendment to the Land Use Ordinance (LUO) regarding adequate public schools facilities. A resolution setting a hearing date for March 21st and referring the LUO amendment to the Planning Board and Orange County has been prepared.
