A Public Hearing to Obtain Community Input on Town Needs and Budget for Upcoming FY 2013-14 PURPOSE: Each year the Board of Aldermen must adopt an annual operating budget by July 1st. As part of its budget development process, the Board schedules a public hearing to receive comments from residents regarding Town services at the beginning of the process. These comments will be considered in developing the FY 2013-14 operating and capital budgets.
