2012-2018 TIP Amendment #17 & AQ Conformity Determination Danna Widmar, MPO Staff NCDOT’s STIP Unit notified the MPO that amendments have been made to the 2012-2018 State TIP. The MPO should update the TIP to reflect these changes in order to meet federal regulations stating that the TIP and STIP must be identical. Additional amendments to the 2012-2018 TIP are also necessary to accommodate project schedules and funding changes. Attachment 8.1 includes a list of all proposed TIP amendments. Requested Action: .Review information, and recommend TAC release for public review and comment from September 17, 2014 through October 16, 2014 and schedule a public hearing to be held at the TAC meeting on October 15, 2014.
