Order to set public hearing on May 7, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. to determine whether or not Gurinder and Bobby Babber and located at 641 South Pearson Road, Pearl, Rankin County, Mississippi 39208, is in such a condition or state as to be unsightly and un-kept or otherwise a menace to the public health and safety of the community, and therefore prohibited, pursuant to Chapter 24 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pearl, Mississippi and Section 21-19-11 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as Amended.
- 17. Order to set public hearing for May 7, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. to determine whether or not a conditional use permit to allow Kevin Myers with MB 2025, LLC. and Just in Case Storage to build and operate an indoor commercial storage facility at the property located on Executive Drive(Parcel#G09B-1-21.)
- 18. Order to approve and authorize entering into an Agreement for Dental, Vision and Life insurance for the period of one (1) year with MetLife, by and through Group Services of Mississippi, LLC, and to authorize City Clerk, Kelly Scouten and Mayor Windham to sign all related documents.
