- 1. Consider adopting the proposed land use plan, zoning amendment and zoning map.
- 2. Determine whether or not a Conditional Use permit should be granted to Pearson Road Coin, LLC. to continue operating a laundry mat in a R-1 zone located at 610 South Pearson Road.
- 33 Determine whether or a not a Conditional Use permit should be granted to Phu (Phillip) Nguyen to operate a nail salon and day spa at 3037 Highway 80 E.
