- 7. Order to approve the Municipal Compliance Questionnaire for the City of Pearl, Mississippi, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 and ending September 30, 2024, and to authorize Mayor Windham and City Clerk to sign the same.
- 8. Order to approve and authorize budget amendment for the City of Pearl, Mississippi, for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 and ending September 30, 2024, budget equals actual.
- 9. Order to adopt the 2024-2025 Holiday Schedule for the City of Pearl, as recommended by the City Clerk.

- 13. Order to authorize and approve invoice package #10 from Pickering Firm, Inc. for $8,159.07 on the Pearl-Richland Connector Phase II Project.
- 14. Order to approve and authorize August invoice package #2 from Pickering Firm, Inc. for $13,014.60 on the Mary Ann Drive Sidewalk installation project.
- 15. Order to approve and authorize the just compensation purchase price of $6900 for one permanent and two temporary utility and drainage easements from Ernest and Varria Larry, and to authorize Mayor Windham to execute any and all necessary documents associated therein. Said purchase price is commensurate with the fair market value provided by a certified appraiser. The Southeast Sewer/Airport Road construction project is a proper municipal purpose to provide sanitary sewer services.
- 16. Order to approve the Construction Engineering & Inspection Services contract from Pickering Firm, Inc. on the Riverwind Drive Sidewalk project, and to authorize Mayor Windham to execute all documents.
- 17. Order to approve the Memorandum of Agreement between the Mississippi Transportation Commission and the City of Pearl for the purpose of developing and constructing raised medians on US 80 from Bierdeman Rd to McLaurin Mart and to extend a raised median on MS 468 to Murray Drive, and to allow Mayor Windham to execute all documents.
- 18. Order to approve and authorize payment to Thrash Commercial Contractors, Inc., in the amount of $1,021,329.60, for the Pearl Fire Stations. (pay app #9)

- 21. Order to set public hearing on October 1, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. to determine whether or not a dimensional variance should be granted to Bobby Patel and Super 8 Motel to allow them to keep the existing height of the pole sign instead of changing it to the allowed 10 feet at 111 Airport Road.
- 22. Order to set public hearing for October 1, 2024, to determine whether or not a conditional use permit be granted to allow Jennifer Richardson to operate a nail salon at the property located at 3627 Highway 80 E, Ste A.

- 2. Consider request by Keandre Woods for a Variance to allow him to build a 1628 sq ft house instead of the 2500 sq ft required in a R-E Zone located at 242 Knight Road.
- 3. Consider request by John Alvin Woods for a conditional use permit to allow him to have outside storage of outdoor power equipment located at 5023 Highway 80 E.
