- 7. Order to adopt a Resolution by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Pearl, Mississippi, to hold a non-binding referendum on allowing wine and spirits stores in the City of Pearl on the basis of having design restrictions as well as the number of stores allowed in the City.
- 8. Order to approve and authorize payment in the amount of $4,000.00, to Heflin Engineering for the SRF Water System Improvements Project. (Pay App #21) (PW)

Order to Approve and Authorize the Payment in the amount of $19,000 to Electrical Solutions and Services LLC for the labor and material to repair and install electrical service to new building at Jenkins Park, install new 400 amp panel, and installing new piping and wiring to power field lights. - 13. Order to authorize and approve invoice from Pickering Firm, Inc. for 9,451.98 on the Pearl-Richland Intermodal Connector Phase II project (80% reimbursement from MDOT). (SP)

Order to approve and authorize the police officers identified on the proposed part-time work schedule for March/April 2025, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, the use of the official Pearl Police Department uniform and official Pearl Police Department duty weapon and finding that the proposed employment is not likely to bring disrepute to the City of Pearl, or the Pearl Police Department, the officers at issue, or law enforcement generally, and that the use of the official uniform and weapon in the discharge of the officer’s private security endeavor promotes the public interest of the City of Pearl. - 15. Order to approve and authorize the Memorandum of Understanding between the Pearl Police Department and the United States Secret Service for the Mississippi Cyber Fraud Task Force and authorize Chief McLendon to sign the same.(PD)
- 16. Order to adopt a Resolution finding that the certain items identified on the attached list, submitted by Pearl Police Department, which is incorporated herein by reference, as surplus, and to approve the disposal and/or sale of each item as required by law.(PD)
- 17. Order to approve and authorize the Police Department and the Fire Department to participate in National Night Out on October 7, 2025. (PD)
- 18. Order to approve and authorize an Annual Agreement between Pearl Police Department and BFAC.com for a 100% FREE Suicide Prevention App and authorize Chief McLendon to sign the same.(PD)
- 19. Order to approve and authorize the 12 month renewal of Leads Online Total Track Investigation System in the amount of $6,101.00.(PD)
- 20. Order to approve and authorize the purchase equipment to outfit (3) Patrol Dodge Durango from Emergency Equipment Professionals in the amount of $18,621.00. The funds for the police department expenditures listed above shall be withdrawn from the Police Seizure Asset Forfeiture Fund as this expenditure is not a general budgeted item, the expenditure is for law enforcement purposes and the funds are being used to augment the existing law enforcement budget and not to supplant said budget. The impacted budgets should be amended accordingly, if necessary. (quotes obtained) (PD)
- 21. Order to approve and authorize the purchase of (1) 2025 Dodge Durango PPV from Kirk Auto World in the amount of $40,519.00 under state contract number 8200077348.(PD)
- 22. Order to set public hearing for May 6, 2025 to consider amendments to the language of the Zoning Ordinance.
- 23. Order to set public hearing for May 20, 2025 to determine whether or not a conditional use application should be approved to allow AirSpaces, LLC. to construct a 150’ tall monopole telecommunications tower at the site located on Fern Springs Drive (Parcel#G08K-19)
- 24. Order to set public hearing for May, 20, 2025 to determine whether or not a conditional use should be granted to Truyen Dang to allow him to operate a full service nail salon at 422 Riverwind Drive, Suite D.
- 25. Order to set public hearing on May 20, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to determine whether or not that certain parcel of real property owned by, Mark Alan Dunn and located at 741 Clearmont Drive, Pearl, Rankin County, Mississippi 39208, is in such a condition or state as to be unsightly and un-kept or otherwise a menace to the public health and safety of the community, and therefore prohibited, pursuant to Chapter 24 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pearl, Mississippi and Section 21-19-11 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as Amended.
- 26. Order to approve a new contract with IWorq for new upgrades and modules for Community Development, in the amount of $18,000 additional cost for an annual renewal of $28,000. (IT)

Order to approve and authorize a donation in the amount of $25,000.00 to the Pearson Foundation for the Pilot Summer Camp Program, May 28, 2025 to July 2, 2025, to advertise and bring into favorable notice the opportunities, possibilities and resources of the municipality and to approve the Facilities Use Agreement with the Pearson Foundation.
- 29. Order to approve and authorize entering into a contract with Consolidated Admin Services (CAS) to administer the COBRA health insurance plan for the City of Pearl in the amount of $175.00 per month and to authorize the City Clerk to sign all related documents.
