Order to set public hearing on December 2, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to determine whether or not that certain parcel of real property owned by MJH, LLC and located at 3698 Highway 80 E (Parcel#F09B-28 and F09B-29) Pearl, Rankin County, Mississippi 39208, is in such a condition or state as to be unsightly and un-kept or otherwise a menace to the public health and safety of the community, and therefore prohibited, pursuant to Chapter 24 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pearl, Mississippi and Section 21-19-11 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as Amended.
- 28. Order to set public hearing for December 2, 2025 to determine whether or not a Conditional Use should be granted to Essie Florence to allow her to operate an adult day services program for individuals with intellectual and/or development disabilities at 311 Airport Road.

Order to set public hearing on December 2, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to determine whether or not that certain parcel of real property owned by Donna Karen Reddick and located at 739 Laguna Way, Pearl, Rankin County, Mississippi 39208, is in such a condition or state as to be unsightly and un-kept or otherwise a menace to the public health and safety of the community, and therefore prohibited, pursuant to Chapter 24 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pearl, Mississippi and Section 21-19-11 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as Amended.
- 32. Order to set public hearing for December 2, 2025 to determine whether or not a variance should be granted to DJ and Ashley Odom to build a 2,400 sq. ft. detached garage instead of the allowed 600 sq. ft. on their property at 825 Longwood Place. (CD)

Order to set public hearing for December 2, 2025 to accept the preliminary plat for Michael’s Landing subdivision and to determine whether or not a Variance should be granted to allow an open-ditch roadway with ribbon curbs in lieu of the required curb and gutter system and to allow the omission of sidewalks in this development.
