Order to set public hearing for January 6, 2026, to determine whether or not a Variance should be granted to allow an open-ditch roadway with ribbon curbs in lieu of the required curb and gutter system, to allow the omission of sidewalks in this development, and to allow a street length 1,321ft of instead of the 600ft maximum allowed.
- 24. Order to set public hearing for January 20, 2026 to determine whether or not a Dimensional Variance should be granted to Vernon McFarland to all her to build a 1700 sq ft house instead of the required 2000 sq ft on her property at 255 Lagail Drive.
- 25. Order to set public hearing for January 20, 2026, to determine whether or not a conditional use permit should be approved to allow Brandon and Denise Cornelius to operate a church at 417 North Bierdeman Road.

- 2. Consider request by Rankin First Economic Development Authority for a dimensional variance to allow a 100’ maximum height building instead of the allowed 35’ maximum height building on their property on Parcel Numbers F08-3 and F07-11.(CD)
- 3. Consider request by Rankin First Economic Development Authority to rezone the property located at Parcel Number F08-3-20 from C-2 (General Commercial District) to I-1 (Limited Industrial District).
- 4. Consider request by Essie Florence for a conditional use permit to allow her to operate an adult day services program for individuals with intellectual and/or development disabilities at 311 Airport Road.
