- 10. Order to approve and authorize the payment of $5,612.00 to Sideways 8 Sports LLC for the purchase of the 2026 basketball uniforms.
- 11. Order to approve and authorize the police officers identified on the proposed part-time work schedule for February 2026, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, the use of the official Pearl Police Department uniform and official Pearl Police Department duty weapon and finding that the proposed employment is not likely to bring disrepute to the City of Pearl, or the Pearl Police Department, the officers at issue, or law enforcement generally, and that the use of the official uniform and weapon in the discharge of the officer’s private security endeavor promotes the public interest of the City of Pearl.
- 12. Order to approve and authorize repairs to FD-21 by Emergency Equipment Professionals in the amount of $9,740.24.
- 13. Order to adopt a Resolution declaring the ten (10) Motorola APX 6500 radios identified on the attached list, to be surplus property and to authorize the intergovernmental transfer of same to City of Okolona Fire Department. (IT)

- 19. Order to adopt a Resolution to show intent to submit a proposal to be considered for WRDA 2026 legislation, and that a match of thirty percent (30%) in Drinking Water Systems Improvements Revolving Loan Fund (DWSIRLF) program funds will be used in conjunction with the WRDA 2026 project.

Order to set public hearing on February 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., to determine whether or not that certain parcel of real property owned by Belle Properties, LLC and located at 247 Reynolds Street, Pearl, Rankin County, Mississippi 39208, is in such a condition or state as to be unsightly and un-kept or otherwise a menace to the public health and safety of the community, and therefore prohibited, pursuant to Chapter 24 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pearl, Mississippi and Section 21-19-11 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as Amended.

Order to set public hearing on February 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., to determine whether or not that certain parcel of real property owned by Trustmark National Bank and located at 244 Ann Drive, Pearl, Rankin County, Mississippi 39208, is in such a condition or state as to be unsightly and un-kept or otherwise a menace to the public health and safety of the community, and therefore prohibited, pursuant to Chapter 24 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pearl, Mississippi and Section 21-19-11 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as Amended.
- 26. Order to set public hearing for February 17, 2026 to consider request by Wild Woods Properties, Inc. to rezone the property located at 5447 Highway 80 E from C-2 (General Commercial District) to R-1 (Single Family Residential District).
