- 11. Order to approve and authorize an amendment to increase the Fire Department budget in line item 001-160-580 (Vehicle Repair), in the amount of $29,450.01 and to decrease line item 001-160-706 in the amount of $$29,450.01 (Station #3 Remodel).

Order to set public hearing on June 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., to determine whether or not that certain parcel of real property owned by Anthony D. and Eula Marie Thomas and located at 178 Chotard Avenue, Pearl, Rankin County, Mississippi 39208, is in such a condition or state as to be unsightly and un-kept or otherwise a menace to the public health and safety of the community, and therefore prohibited, pursuant to Chapter 24 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pearl, Mississippi and Section 21-19-11 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as Amended.
- 15. Order to adopt a Resolution naming central business district and authorizing local tax incentives for Project Goodwater (Trilogy Communications, Inc., D/B/A Marmon Holdings, Inc.) subject to the final approval by the city attorney.

- 1. Consider request by Frank Phann for a conditional use permit to allow him to renovate the property at 418 North Bierdeman Road and use it for apartments.
- 2. Consider request by Hook Seafood, LLC, for a conditional use permit to allow them to operate a restaurant at 127 South Pearson Road.
- 3. Consider request by The Waltwood Group, LLC, for a variance to allow them to develop lots 1-6 with a 70 ft wide lot width instead of the required 80 ft, to develop lots 11-15 where the lot widths and setbacks are measured where lots open up instead of at road right of way, and to allow them to build 1500 sq ft homes instead of the required 2000 sq ft on parcel F07M-16-20.
