- 3. Approval of authorization to travel
- 4. Order to approve and authorize resolution to apply for Delta Regional Authority grants through the Central Mississippi Planning and Development District and to authorize Mayor Windham to sign all related documents.
- 5. Order to approve the annual reappointment of Brendan Sartin as City Attorney and Prosecutor.
- 6. Order to adopt a Resolution declaring (11) Axon Tasers identified on the attached list, to be surplus property and to authorize the intergovernmental transfer of same to City of Port Gibson Police Department. (PD)
- 7. Order to adopt a Resolution finding the items identified on the attached list, submitted by Auto Maintenance, which is incorporated herein by reference, as surplus, and to approve the disposal and/or sale of each item as required by law.

Order to approve and authorize the police officers identified on the proposed part-time work schedule for July 2026, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, the use of the official Pearl Police Department uniform and official Pearl Police Department duty weapon and finding that the proposed employment is not likely to bring disrepute to the City of Pearl, or the Pearl Police Department, the officers at issue, or law enforcement generally, and that the use of the official uniform and weapon in the discharge of the officer’s private security endeavor promotes the public interest of the City of

- 10. Order to set a public hearing on August 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to consider adoption of a Comprehensive Plan.
- 11. Order to set public hearing for August 18, 2026, to determine whether or not a Conditional Use Permit should be granted to allow Austin Minton to operate a medical cannabis dispensary at 5311 Highway 80.
