- 14. Order to approve and authorize the purchase of sixteen (16) Gas Mask from Southern Connection in the amount of $11,999.84 (quotes obtained). (PD)
- 15. Order to approve and authorize the police officers identified on the proposed part-time work schedule for August 2026, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, the use of the official Pearl Police Department uniform and official Pearl Police Department duty weapon and finding that the proposed employment is not likely to bring disrepute to the City of Pearl, or the Pearl Police Department, the officers at issue, or law enforcement generally, and that the use of the official uniform and weapon in the discharge of the officer’s private security endeavor promotes the public interest of the City of Pearl.(PD)
- 16. Enter into agreement with the MS Office of Highway Safety for the FY27 Police Traffic Service Grant in the amount of $135,000 and authorize Mayor Windham to sign the same.(PD)
- 17. Enter into agreement with the MS Office of Highway Safety for the FY27 Police DUI Service Grant in the amount of $10,000 and authorize Mayor Windham to sign the (PD)
- 18. Order to approve the collection of uncollectable debt in the amount of $27,414.93 (PW)
- 19. Order to set public hearing for August 18, 2026, to determine whether or not a conditional use permit should be granted to Manjinder Singh to allow him to develop a convenience store with automobile and commercial truck fueling facilities on the Parcel No. F08-49-50.
- 20. Order to set public hearing for August 18, 2026, to accept the preliminary plat for The Plains of Pearl Subdivision, with a variance for lots 1, 5, 33, 34, 57, 58, 64-68 to use the setbacks as outlined in the zoning ordinance for R-3 Patio Homes and not be required to provide the 30 foot buffer from the current R-1 zoned property.
- 21. Order to adopt a Resolution to Adjudicate the cost of cleaning of properties and assess the costs against said properties on the list attached and made a part hereof.
- 22. Order to approve an Agreement with Quality Foods Concessions for the operation of concession facilities, upon final approval by city attorney.
