- A. Consider adopting a Resolution Adopting An Affirmative Marketing Plan Related To The Mississippi Home Corporation FY2024 Grant For Homeowner Rehabilitation/Reconstruction.
- B. Consider adopting a Resolution adopting the Minority and Women Business Enterprise Policy Statement Related To The Mississippi Home Corporation Grant For Homeowner Rehabilitation/Reconstruction.
- C. Consider adopting an Order Authorizing the Repair of the High Service Pump at Water Production Plant #2.

Johnson Insurance Service, Inc. for health insurance coverage with no change through Blue Cross Blue Shield of MS and Unity Reincorporated, LLC for FY 2024-25 and with no changes to Life or Vision. Ins also with the change of Delta Dental to Beam Dental.
- F. Consider adopting an Order to approve revision to the City of Laurel Organizational Chart, regarding Deputy Court Clerk position in the Municipal Court Department Division.
- G. Consider adopting an Order requesting the Laurel Fire Department be allowed to participate in a fund raiser with Police, Fire, and EMS Calendars to sell calendars and accept a rebate check. Funds will be placed in the Specific Department Outlay account 001.260.939.0. The funds will be used in areas the Department deems necessary.
- H. Consider adopting an Order Confirming the Appointment of Mr. John Thaxton to fill the Unexpired Term of Mr. Mike Chancellor on the Board of Directors of the Laurel Airport Authority and to Confirm Mr. John Thaxton to Serve a Full Term Upon Expiration of the Partial Term.
