- A. Consider adopting an Order requesting the Narcotics Agents, Michelle Howell and Adam Carmichael be allowed to attend the 2025 Narcotics Techniques Training Course held in Biloxi, MS on October 29-30, 2025 in Biloxi, MS at an estimated cost of $849.14.
