4. 4 Sponsor: Director of Public Works Department Authorizing an agreement not to exceed $70,851,783.00 with the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA) to provide fixed route, paratransit and on-demand transit services and certain specialized services for the City of Kansas City, Missouri between May 1, 2024 and April 30, 2025; directing the City Manager to work with KCATA to implement a Zero Fare Program; directing the City Manager to work with KCATA to review the costs and benefits of the Zero Fare Program compared with a Functionally Free Fare Program and to report back to Council within 60 days; and directing the City Manager to work collaboratively to advance and implement FY24-25 transit priorities. 240378 Adv and Do Pass Pass
