- 2 Sponsor: Director of Public Works Department Authorizing a $793,620.00 agreement with Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting for Construction Inspection services for the West Bottoms Street Improvements - Somera Road Development Project; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
- 3 Sponsor: Director of Public Works Department Authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute a cooperative agreement with the City of Leawood, Kansas and the City for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of bridges, traffic signals and streetlights located along State Line Road.
- 4 Sponsor: Director of Public Works Department Amending Chapter 64, Code of Ordinances, by repealing Section 64-125 and enacting in lieu thereof a new section of like number and subject matter for the purpose of removing all temporary utility markings used for encroachment work.
- 5 Sponsor: Director of Public Works Department Accepting a Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission Carbon Reduction Program Grant in the amount of $1,904,150.00; estimating revenues in the amount of $1,904,150.00 in the Capital Improvements Grant Fund; and appropriating that amount for the engineering design and construction of pedestrian path project on Montgall Avenue.
- 6 Sponsor: Councilpersons Eric Bunch and Crispin Rea RESOLUTION - Recognizing the completion of the Southwest Boulevard Transportation Plan; and directing the City Manager to begin implementation of the Southwest Boulevard Transportation Plan recommendations.

- 8 Sponsor: City Manager Authorizing the Director of Neighborhood Services to establish the Water and Sewer Service Line Assistance Program (“Program”) in the amount of $100,000.00 to support Kansas City small businesses and low-income residential property owners with private water service and sewer lateral line repairs; reducing appropriations in the Contingent Appropriation of the General Fund by $100,000.00; appropriating that amount in the General Fund for the purpose of the Water and Sewer Service Line Assistance Program; authorizing the Director of Neighborhood Services to establish guidelines for the eligibility, distribution and administration of the Program which will include the provision that the expenditure of repairs to private water service and/or sewer lateral lines at any one property shall not exceed $8,500.00; authorizing the Director of Public Works to exempt street resurfacing requirements as promulgated in the City’s Street Restoration policy (“SR-1”), authorized pursuant to the Code of Ordinances Section 64-125, “Standards for backfilling excavations and resurfacing,” for private water service and sewer lateral line repair projects approved pursuant to the Program; and directing the City Manager to review options for future funding of the Program to include other revenues of the water and sewer systems not generated from charges for water and sewer service.
- 9 Sponsor: Director of General Services Department Authorizing the Director of General Services Department to execute Change Orders in the total amount of $2,460,683.00 with McCownGordon Construction, LLC., for Phase 2 of Project No. 07P22025-02 City Hall Garage and South Plaza Restoration CM@Risk, for total contract amount of $19,917,500.00; and recognizing an accelerated effective date.
