- 4 Sponsor: Director of Water Services Department Authorizing the Director of the Water Services Department to execute a $23,800,000.00 design-build contract with Goodwin Bros Construction Co, for the Westside Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Facility Plan Project - Sludge Screening project; authorizing a maximum expenditure of $26,180,000.00; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
