  11. 1. Motion to Approve Resolution #1-2024 "A Resolution Authorizing the President and Secretary to Designate Official Depositories of Luverne Economic Development Authority Funds" approved Pass
  12. 11 Sammons reported that the plans and specification for the childcare center renovation project are complete and the council will authorize the Advertisement for Bids at the 2/13/24 City Council meeting. Knutson Construction, the CMAR for the project, will conduct the bid letting and will award and sign contracts with all subcontractors. Bids are due March 5th and will be awarded at the March 26th council meeting. Construction is expected to begin in April. Additionally, the city is applying for a $300,000 Childcare Economic Development Grant through MN DEED. Grant applications are due March 12.
