Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and the Greater Flint Health Coalition, in an amount not to exceed $221,930.00, to provide for an examination of Emergency Medical Services in Genesee County; the cost of this agreement will be paid from account 2110-313.00-801.000 referred Pass
