Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and the Greater Flint Health Coalition, in an amount not to exceed $500,000.00, to provide Medicaid Outreach Services; the cost of this agreement will be paid from account 2210-613.00-801.001 with a 50% reimbursement from Medicaid; the term of this contract is October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024 referred Pass
