- 2. Approval of a grant award from the Michigan State Police Auto Theft Prevention Authority, in the amount of $846,289.00, to provide for staffing of the Genesee Auto Investigation Network (GAIN); the grant required match of $103,764.00 is included in the FYE 24 budget

Approval of a request by Genesee County's Office of the Prosecutor to travel to the Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan Mid-Winter Conference in Acme, MI; the dates of travel are February 28 - March 1, 2024; total cost of travel for 15 staff members is budgeted and shall not exceed $6,375.00; to be paid from account 1010-296.01-910.004

Approval of a request by the Office of the Sheriff to travel to the Society of Michigan Emergency Medical Service Instructor Coordinator Conference in Traverse City, MI; the dates of travel are March 7-10, 2024; the cost of travel for two (2) employees shall not exceed $2,263.60; to be paid from account number 2110-313.00-910.005

- 11. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and New Paths, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $51,537.00, to provide substance abuse treatment and counseling services; the cost of this agreement will be paid from various grant funds

Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and the Greater Flint Health Coalition, in an amount not to exceed $500,000.00, to provide Medicaid Outreach Services; the cost of this agreement will be paid from account 2210-613.00-801.001 with a 50% reimbursement from Medicaid; the term of this contract is October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024
- 3. Approval of a grant award from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, in the amount of $120,000.00, to provide for sexual health clinics at Genesee County's Health Department; the budget for this grant is attached
