- 2. Approval of a request by Genesee County's Parks & Recreation Commission to apply for a grant, in the amount of $400,000.00, from the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund for the purpose of developing sports fields at the City of Flint's Berston Fieldhouse; this grant requires a 26% match that will be provided by the Friends of Berston
- 3. Approval of the proposed ARPA Funding Allocation for the YMCA
- 4. Approval of a request by Genesee County's Health Department to create, post & fill one (1) Environmental Health Sanitarian position; no additional appropriation needed

- 1. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and Plante Moran for continued health care consulting services
- 2. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and Gerber Life, in an amount not to exceed $702,559.00, to provide stop-loss insurance for employee health care coverage
- 3. Approval of a request by Genesee County's Department of Geographic Information Systems to travel to the IMAGIN GIS Conference at Crystal Mountain, MI; the dates of travel are June 2-4, 2024; total cost for 3 staff members not to exceed $2,196.81; this is a budgeted expense.
- 32 Motion to amend RES-2024-204 to include a Breast Feeding Peer Counselor position.

Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and Campaign Finance US, in an amount not to exceed $36,000.00, to provide campaign finance software to the Genesee County's Clerk/Register office; the term of this agreement is January 1, 2024 thru December 31, 2026; the cost for this agreement will be paid from account 1010-215.00-933.001

- 1. Approval of an amendment of a contract between Genesee County and Hurley Medical Center, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00, to provide for further case management/care coordination services for Genesee County's Healthy Start Program
- 2. Approval of a request by Genesee County's Health Department to travel to the 2024 National Latinx Conference on HIV, HCV, and SUD in El Paso, TX; the dates of travel are May 2-4, 2024; total cost for (4) four employees to attend not to exceed $10,000.00 and is grant funded
- 3. Approval of a request by Genesee County's Community Action Resource Department to apply for the 2024-2025 Head Start Grant; total grant amount is $14,457,170.00
- 4. Approval of a request to place the renewal of the Genesee County Senior Services Millage on the August 6, 2024 ballot
- 5. Approval of a proposed budget amendment, in the amount of $216,000.00, to provide for the continued operation of the senior center congregate meal program; funding for this program will come from the Senior Services Millage
- 6. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and various partnering organizations to provide medication to STI Clinics; there is no cost to the county for this MOU

Approval of modification #2 of an agreement between Genesee County and Sorenson Gross LLC, in an amount not to exceed $14,615.22, for a new contract total of $5,161,346.42, to provide for the installation of a new water supply line; the cost of this modification will be paid from account 2080-770.05-974.000
