Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and Commonwealth Heritage Group, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00, to provide for Section 106 reviews; the term of this agreement is April 28, 2024 to April 27, 2027; the cost of this agreement will be paid from account 2340-705.07-801.004

Approval of a request by Genesee County's Parks & Recreation Commission to apply for a grant, in the amount of $150,000.00, from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources to provide for the development of a sports fields at Berston Field House; any required match will be provided by Friends of Berston
- 2. Approval of an extension to the Expanding Telehealth Grant; this extension will extend through May 23, 2024
- 3. Approval of a request to create, post & fill two (2) interns at Genesee County's Office of the Public Defender; these are grant funded positions
- 4. Approval of request to create, post, & fill one (1) Defender Specialist position; position is fully grant funded
- 5. Approval of purchase order to Freeway Sports, in an amount not to exceed $50,200.00, to provide for the purchase of a 2023 Polar Kraft boat for the Marine Division; the cost of this purchase order will be paid from account 1010-316.01-978.000
- 6. Approval of a proposed budget amendment to 2023-2024 Appropriations Resolution for various line items as described in the attached budget adjustment request
- 7. Forward to receive and file a copy of the paid county bills for the weeks ending 2.11.2024 and 2.18.2024 in the total amount of $9,048,424.40
- 8. Approval of a grant award from 27-OH, in the amount of $12,043.46, to provide for the purchase of medical equipment and shot clinics
- 9. Approval of the fiscal year 2023 Deficit Elimination Plan and directing the Office of Fiscal Services to submit the plan to the State of Michigan
- 10. Approval of a grant award from MALPH LHD, in the amount of $4,500.00, to provide supportive services for staff affected by the pandemic
