- VII. NEW BUSINESS
- 1. Approval of a request to increase a purchase order to Covetrus North America for the fiscal year ending 2025, in an amount not to exceed $55,000.00, for a revised total of $110,000.00, to continue providing surgical and medical supplies at Genesee County's Animal Control; the cost of this increase will be paid from account 2130-430.00-773.000
- 2. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and West Publishing Corporation, in an amount not to exceed $168,555.00, to provide for electronic legal research; the cost for this agreement is budgeted and will be paid out of the listed accounts
- 3. Approval of a request by Genesee County’s Community Corrections to apply for a grant, in the amount of $631,000.00 from the Michigan Department of Corrections- Office of Community Corrections for FY 2025; the purpose of the grant is to provide for administration and programming
- 4. Approval of an extension to the Lease Agreement for the Attorney-Client Conference Space in Mount Morris
- 5. Approval to reallocate ARPA funds for the Deputy and Sergeant positions in the Office of the Sheriff's Department for tether activities
