- 8 Mark White of Flint Township addressed the Board regarding election security for the voters.
- 1. Approval of a request to update the 2024 Committee meeting schedule
- VII. NEW BUSINESS
- 1. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and Meridian Land Surveying, in an amount not to exceed $68,530.00, to provide remonumentation services; the cost of this agreement will be paid from account 2970-245.00-801.004
- 2. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and Mannik & Smith, in an amount not to exceed $19,030.00, to provide remonumentation services; the cost of this agreement will be paid from account 2970-245.00-801.004
- 3. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and Michigan Surveying, in an amount not to exceed $22,490.00, to provide remonumentation services; the cost of this agreement will be paid from account 2970-245.00-801.004
- 4. Approval of a purchase order to Berger Chevrolet for the fiscal year ending 2024 to provide for the purchase of one (1) truck at Genesee County's Sheriff's Department; the cost of this purchase is grant funded
- 5. Approval to accept amendment #1 to the Access and Visitation Grant from the State Court Administrative Office for FY2024
- 6. Approval of an amendment to Genesee County's Purchasing Policy to include prevailing wage as a requirement in all projects
- 7. Approval of a request by the Chief Public Defender for three (3) staff members to travel to the National Association for Public Defense (NAPD) We the Defenders Conference in Detroit, MI; the dates of travel are August 12-15, 2024; total cost for this travel is fully grant funded with an amount not to exceed $3,700.00

- 1. Discussion regarding the branding and usage of the County logos
