Approval of a request by Genesee County's Parks and Recreation Commission to amend RES-2023-201, a resolution approving the purchase order to Durango & Silverton for the construction of railroad train trucks, allowing for the purchase in fiscal year 2025 instead of fiscal year 2024; this request is the result of a delay in construction
