- 11 Ed Taylor, Chief of Staff - Mayor Neeley's Office, Flint, MI, addressed the Board to inform them that the City of Flint has applied for senior millage funds on behalf of the new 501(c) (3) organization that will occupy 1002 Home St. (former location of Hasselbring Senior Center).

- 4. Approval of a request by Genesee County's Healthcare Coalition to provide a buy-up option for dental and vision insurance
