- 1. Approval of a proposed resolution to clarify appointments to the Genesee County Road Commission
- 2. Approval of a proposed resolution to update appointment process for Genesee County's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commission
- 15 Approval to start the appointment process over with remaining candidates
- 3. Approval to advertise for four (4) positions on Genesee County's Parks & Recreation Commission; these are 3-year terms expiring on 1/1/2029

- 2. Approval of a purchase order to CMP Distributors for the fiscal year ending 2026, in an amount not to exceed $2,445.00, to provide for the purchase of two (2) Concealable Protective vests; the cost of this purchase order will be paid from the accounts listed
- 3. Approval of a grant award from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources-Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership Program - (ORLP), in the amount of $5,000,000.00, in support of the development of the new State Park
- 4. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and L.A.D.S. - Genesee LLC, in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00, to provide drug and alcohol testing services for Genesee County Sobriety Court; the cost of this agreement will be paid from the accounts listed
- 5. Approval of a request by Genesee County's Parks & Recreation Commission to hire a maximum of 450 term limited positions in FYE 2026; the positions and wage rates will take effect January 1, 2026
- 6. Forwarding to receive and file a copy of the paid county bills for the weeks ending 10.12.2025 and 10.19.2025 in the total amount of $44,255,233.63
- 7. Approval of a budget amendment in the FY 2025-26 childcare fund to facilitate the creation of the Integrated Services Manager position to coordinate the Day Treatment program
- 8. Approval of a request by Genesee County's Prosecutor's Office for continued funding of four (4) investigators who are a critical component to the successful prosecution of felony cases; this is a general fund request
- 9. Approval of a proposed budget amendment to 2025-2026 Appropriations Resolution for various line items as described in the attached budget adjustment request
- 10. Approval of a grant award from Rocket Community Fund, in the amount of $100,000.00, to fund a Tax Foreclosure Outreach Specialist position at Genesee County's Office of the Treasurer; this position will work to promote the Homeowners Property Exemption (HOPE) program in Genesee County
- 11. Approval of a purchase order to Stryker for the fiscal year ending 2026, in an amount not to exceed $30,934.09, to renew ProCare Services for 16 Stryker devices used within the Paramedics Division; the cost of this purchase order will be paid from account 2110-313.00-801.000
- 12. Approval to create & fill one (1) Associate/Lead/Senior Assistant Prosecuting Attorney (APA) position & one (1) Social Service Worker-Victim Advocate position to carry out mandates of recent Supreme Court rulings on Life Without Parole cases

- 2. Approval of a grant award from the State Court Administrative Office, in the amount of $20,000.00, to provide for supervised parenting time and exchanges at Genesee County's Friend of the Court
- 3. Approval of a grant award from the Michigan Indigent Defense Commission, in the amount of $9,453,835.37 to support the operations of the Genesee County Office of the Public Defender for the period of October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026
