  59. 41 Angela McQuarter: Commissioners Loyd, Winfrey, Brown, Avery, and Weighill. Jocelyn Millender: Commissioners Goetzinger, Shumaker, Cousineau, and Flewelling. Angela McQuarter has received a sufficient number of votes and is appointed to the Opioid Settlement Steering Committee in the "At-Large" category.
