Approval of a request by Genesee County's Parks & Recreation Commission to apply for the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund Grant, in the amount of $80,000.00, to provide for an Educational Dock Development at For-Mar Nature Preserve & Arboretum; this grant requires a 26% match; no use of general fund

Approval of a request by Genesee County's Parks & Recreation Commission to apply for the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant, in the amount of $500,000.00; to provide for the renovation and development of the entrance and lots of Bluebell Beach; this grant requires a 50% match; no use of general fund

Approval of a purchase order to FLOCK, in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00, to renew the services for hardware and software products for twenty (20) FLOCK Safety Falcon Cameras; the term of this coverage is from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026; the cost of this purchase is partially grant-funded and will be paid from account 2856-310.00-801.000
- 3. Approval of a request by Genesee County’s Sheriff’s Office to accept a grant agreement with Genesee County and Health Management Associates (HMA) for the term of March 1, 2026, through October 25, 2026
- 4. Approval of annual purchase orders, not to exceed $44,040.00, to Motorola Solutions for service coverage 3/5/2026-3/4/2029 to be paid from budgeted line expense account 1010-351.00-933.001
