- 10 Josh Freeman, Director of Administration, stated that there will be an add-on to the agenda regarding the Genesee County Medical Authority.
- 1. Approval of a Round 2 agreement between Genesee County and VAAA, in the amount of $1,115,923.00, to fund the Home Delivered and Congregate Meal programs, for the period commencing October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026
- 2. Approval of a grant award from the Water Residential Assistance Program (WRAP), in the amount of $33,500.00, to provide water utility arrearage assistance payments to eligible Genesee County residents; the budget for this grant is attached
- 3. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and OLHSA, in an amount not to exceed $11,702,202.00, to provide for a Personnel Agreement for the 2026-2027 Head Start Program Year; the cost of this agreement will be paid from the accounts listed

Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and Go Beyond - Well Family System EMR, in an amount not to exceed $20,900.00, to provide data management for the Healthy Start Initiative; the term of this agreement is August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2028; the cost of this agreement will be paid from account 2211-607.01-801.000
- 5. Approval of a budget increase to the Mundy Township Senior and Enrichment Center, not to exceed $17,957.25 for the next three months as a Level 3 center; funding will come from the senior millage fund balance to account #2231-691.00-867.018; the FYE26 award amount will not exceed $180,733.00
- 6. Approval of a resolution directing the Department of Senior Services to update their mission statement to align with the Genesee County Senior Services Task Force Recommendations
- 7. Approval of a proposed 5% increase to the seventeen (17) senior millage-funded senior centers for FYE 2027

- 8. Approval of an Innovation Fund for Genesee County Senior Centers to help address gaps in service for Genesee County Seniors
- 9. Approval to increase funding allocated to in-home care, lawn care and snow maintenance, transportation, and home-delivered meals to reduce the waiting lists
- 10. Approval of a resolution directing the Department of Senior Services to develop an annual orientation for the Board of Commissioners and distribution of an annual report on the senior millage
- 11. Approval of a resolution directing the Department of Senior Services to develop scope of service and releasing an RFP for Case Management and/or Social Worker services in the millage-funded senior centers
- 12. Approval of a request by Genesee County's Department of Veteran Services to provide funding, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.00, to allow for continued Mid-Michigan Honor Flights for Genesee County Veterans
