- 1. Approval of a agreement between Genesee County and Karpel Solutions, in an amount not to exceed $118,000.00, to provide for the annual subscription costs of PROSECUTORbyKARPEL; the cost of this agreement will be paid from the accounts listed
- 2. Approval the recommendation of the Genesee County Surveyor to appoint the Remonumentation Peer Review Committee Members for 2026 Grant Year
- 3. Approval of a grant award from the State Court Administrative Office, in the amount of $27,000.00, to provide for additional supervised parenting time services; the budget for this grant is attached
- 4. Approval of a grant award from the Michigan DNR, in the amount of $28,700.00, to provide for the 2026 Marine Safety Program; a copy of the budget is attached-Increase in General Fund budget of $9,567.00 from fund balance
- 5. Approval of a request by Genesee County’s Sheriff’s Office for the purchase of a Virage Truck Driving Simulator, in the amount of $155,612.00, to expand workforce development for the Genesee County Jail IGNITE course offerings; the purchase is to be paid for from the GIVE grant account #2642-351.01-978.000 and is no cost to the general fund

Approval of an amendment to prior resolution 2026-0257 for a purchase order to the Mass Transportation Authority for the fiscal year ending in 2026, in an additional amount not to exceed $3,800.00, to provide for transportation services for mental health court participants; the cost of this purchase order will be paid from account 2925-294.00-913.005
- 7. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and Fleis & Vandenbrink, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $31,140.00, to extend surveying services for the County for the 2026 Genesee County Remonumentation Grant, for the period commencing January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026; to be paid from account 2970-245.00-801.004

Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and Davis Land Surveying and Engineering, Inc., in the amount not to exceed $8,650.00, to extend surveying services for the County for the 2026 Genesee County Remonumentation Grant, for the period commencing January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026; to be paid from account 2970-245.00-801.004
- 9. Approval of a purchase order to InvolvedDad for the fiscal year ending in 2026, in an amount not to exceed $3,500.00, to provide services to the participants of the Specialty Court Programs through the 7th Circuit Court; the cost of this purchase order will be paid from several grants
- 10. Approval to amend a purchase order to New Paths, Inc., not to exceed an additional $7,510.00, to provide for substance use treatment services in Genesee County's Specialty Courts; the cost of this purchase order is grant funded and will be paid from the accounts listed

- 12. Approval to review and accept the attached MOU allowing the Michigan Drone Association (MDA) to install a drone detection sensor on the rooftop of the Genesee County Administration Building
