- 1. Approval of a request to create, post & fill one (1) Clerical Coordinator position at Genesee County's Health Department; the cost of this position is fully grant funded
- 2. Approval of a proposed amendment to the 2025-2026 Appropriations Resolution, in the amount of $30,000.00, to provide for additional medical examiner scene investigation services; funding for this proposed amendment will come from fund balance in General Fund
- 3. Approval of purchase orders to Motorola Solutions, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00, to provide for purchasing replacement vehicle camera parts (such as brackets, docks, chargers, etc.) on existing cameras; the cost of this purchase will be paid from the accounts listed
- 4. Approval of a purchase order to Motorola Solutions for the fiscal year ending 2026, in an amount not to exceed $5,500.00, to provide for the purchase of replacement radio parts (such as mics, docks, chargers, etc.) on existing owned radios, the cost of these purchases will be paid from the accounts listed
- 5. Forwarding to receive and file a copy of the paid county bills for the period of 5.24.2026 through 6.14.2026 in the total amount of $60,406,098.72
- 6. Approval of a grant award from the The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), in the amount of $724,450.00, to provide for the Healthy Start Program in Genesee County's Health Department; the budget for this grant is attached
- 7. Approval of an increase to a purchase order to Genesee Group, Inc., in the amount of $26,000.00 for a revised total of $61,000.00, to provide for additional boxes for the USDA Supplemental Food Program; the cost of this increase will be paid from the accounts listed
- 8. Approval of a request to increase a purchase order to Oliver Packaging in the amount of $17,100.00, for a total amount not to exceed $91,900.00, to provide for additional packaging supplies at Genesee County's Community Action Resource Department; the cost of this increase will be paid from the accounts listed
- 9. Approval of an increase to a purchase order for Gordon Food Service in the amount of $147,368.64, for a revised total of $1,233,694.62, to provide for additional food service products and supplies at Genesee County's Community Action Resource Department; the cost of this increase will be paid from the accounts listed

Approval of an increase to a purchase order for US Foods in the amount of $92,147.00, for a revised total of $226,176.88, to provide for additional food service products and supplies at Genesee County's Community Action Resource Department; the cost of this increase will be paid from the accounts listed
