- 3. Approval of a resolution directing the Department of Senior Services to develop an annual orientation for the Board of Commissioners and distribution of an annual report on the senior millage

- 1. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and Michigan State University, in an amount not to exceed $95,000.00, to assess Genesee County's Senior Services Millage distribution and community needs; the cost of this agreement will be paid from the Senior Services Millage
- 2. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and the Beecher Board of Education, in the amount of $745,514.00, to provide for an Early Head Start program at Beecher; the term of this agreement is July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027
- 3. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and the Charles Stewart Mott Community College, in the amount of $158,762.00, to provide for an Early Head Start program; the term of this agreement is July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027
- 4. Approval of a grant award from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Administration, in the amount of $17,967,874.00, to provide for Genesee County's Head Start Program for 2026-2027
- 5. Approval of a contract agreement between Genesee County and UTJ Hold Co. (Teaching Strategies, LLC), in an amount not to exceed $21,580.00, to provide for the continuation of the Creative Curriculum cloud subscriptions for preschool; the cost of this agreement will be paid from the accounts listed
- 6. Approval of a contract agreement between Genesee County and UTJ Hold Co. (Teaching Strategies, LLC), in an amount not to exceed $18,870.00, to provide for the continuation of the Creative Curriculum cloud subscriptions for infants and toddlers; the cost of this agreement will be paid from the accounts listed
