- 2. Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools, in an amount not to exceed $272,485.00, to provide two (2) Certified Police Deputies as school resource officers (SRO)s; for the term of this agreement is August 18, 2026, through June 11, 2027
- 3. Approval of a purchase order to Motorola for the fiscal year ending 2026, in an amount not to exceed $32,918.90, to provide for the purchase of radios at Genesee County's Sheriffs Office; the cost of this purchase order is partially grant funded and will be paid from accounts 2642-351.01-752.000 and 1010-351.00-752.000

- 8. Approval of a grant award from the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services, in the amount of $300,000.00, to provide representation in family court on abuse and neglect cases; the budget for this grant is attached
