Authorize the Interim City Manager to execute, on behalf of the Mayor and Council, (i) the 14th amendment to that certain Contract between the City of Rockville and Montgomery County related to Montgomery County’s Linkages to Learning program (the “LTL Contract”), and (ii) the 9th amendment to that certain Contract between the City of Rockville and Montgomery County related to Montgomery County’s School and Community Youth Services program (the “SCYS Contract”). Ratify the terms and execution of (i) the LTL Contract and the subsequent 13 amendments thereto, and (ii) the SCYS Contract and the subsequent 8 amendments thereto.
