- 5 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING FISCAL YEAR (“FY”) 2022 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN, INCLUSIVE OF THE HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (“HOME”) PROGRAM AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN (“ARP”), ALLOCATION PLAN, FOR HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT for the purpose of amending the Prince George’s County Fiscal Year (“FY”) 2022 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development by adding The Cassidy project, an eligible activity not originally funded or described in the FY 2022 Annual Action Plan, inclusive of the HOME Investment Partnerships (“HOME”) Program American Rescue Plan (“ARP”), Allocation Plan, and the allocation and commitment of one million, fifty thousand dollars ($1,050,000) in HOME Investment Partnerships (“HOME”) Program American Rescue Plan (“ARP”) (“HOME-ARP”) Program funds from the FY 2022 Annual Action Plan, inclusive of the HOME Investment Partnerships (“HOME”) Program American Rescue Plan (“ARP”), Allocation Plan, to support the project.
- 6 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING HOUSING INVESTMENT TRUST FUND (“HITF”) FOR HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT for the purpose of committing and allocating the amount of three million, five hundred thousand dollars ($3,500,000) in Prince George’s County Housing Investment Trust Fund (“HITF”) Program funds to The Cassidy project, an eligible activity, for gap financing of new affordable rental housing construction.
- 7 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING PAYMENTS IN LIEU OF TAXES (“PILOT”) AGREEMENT FOR THE CASSIDY APARTMENTS for the purpose of approving the terms and conditions of a Payments in Lieu of Taxes (“PILOT”) Agreement between Prince George’s County, Maryland (the “County”) and KCG SSP Capitol Heights, LP (the “Owner”).

- 11 AN ACT CONCERNING JUVENILE AND MINOR CURFEW ZONES for the purpose of allowing commercial property owners the ability to request the Police Chief to create zones within the County with a more restrictive juvenile or minor curfew; providing for the application for a more restrictive juvenile or minor curfew zone including the specification of the area covered following reasonable geographical boundaries; providing that the proposed area is primarily commercial; providing that the applicant demonstrates the ability to provide notice to the public of the more restrictive juvenile or minor curfew zone; and providing the applicant includes a letter of support from at least one County Council member that represents the district containing the more restrictive juvenile or minor curfew zone.
