  4. 4 THE PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY COUNCIL, SITTING AS THE DISTRICT COUNCIL, AND THE PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY PLANNING BOARD OF THE MARYLAND-NATIONAL CAPITAL PARK AND PLANNING COMMISSION JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED HISTORIC SITE DESIGNATION AS TO CERTAIN PROPERTIES IN PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY (68-010-94, and 68-074-04) Pursuant to provisions of the Land Use Article of the Maryland Annotated Code, as well as Subtitle 29 of the Prince George’s County Code, the County Council of Prince George’s County, Maryland, sitting as the District Council, and the Prince George’s County Planning Board of The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission hereby give notice of a joint public hearing in order to receive public testimony concerning the proposed designation of two (2) properties in Prince George’s County as Historic Sites; specifically, the Blair-Smith House (Documented Property 68-010-94); and the Flynn-Steck House (Documented Property 68-074-04).   5. 5 HEARING PROCEDURES: Time limitation of three (3) minutes per speaker has been imposed. There will be no relinquishing of time by one speaker to another. Written statements may be submitted for the record in addition to, or in lieu of, verbal testimony. Written testimony or comments will be accepted in electronic format, rather than by U.S. mail via the Council’s eComment portal at: https://pgccouncil.us/Speak.
