- 7 AN ACT CONCERNING LAND BANK AUTHORITY OF PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY for the purpose of amending the Prince George’s County Code to establish the Land Bank Authority of Prince George’s County in accordance with the Annotated Maryland Code to acquire, manage, maintain, and repurpose blighted, abandoned, and distressed properties in Prince George’s County and have other powers and authority conferred by Maryland law upon land banks generally.
- 8 AN ACT CONCERNING SHORT-TERM RENTALS for the purpose of requiring the Department of Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement to maintain an on-line searchable public database of all licensed short-term rentals in the County; requiring certain database information; and generally regarding short-term rentals.
- 9 AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING - OFF-STREET PARKING SPACE STANDARDS for the purpose of revising and providing certain definitions regarding electric vehicles and electric vehicle parking spaces; requiring a minimum number of electric vehicle parking spaces for newly constructed multifamily, office, and mixed-use developments; minimum required parking spaces with accessible EV charging stations; and generally regarding vehicle parking.

- 16 AN ACT CONCERNING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT - PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY POLICE CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION for the purpose of approving the labor agreement by and between Prince George's County, Maryland and the Prince George's County Police Civilian Employees Association to provide for wages and certain other terms and conditions of employment for personnel classifications initially certified by the Prince George's County Public Employee Relations Board and amended by the Office of Human Resources Management from time to time.
