- 6 AN ACT CONCERNING COMMUNITY INFORMED POLICE TRAINING for the purpose of creating a collaboration in the recruitment of police cadets and police training among the Prince George’s County Police Department, local educational institutions and Prince George’s County based non-profit organizations that have been working on police reform and criminal justice issues.
- 7 AN ACT CONCERNING VEHICLE LAW - NOISE ABATEMENT MONITORING SYSTEMS - PILOT PROGRAM for the purpose of establishing a pilot program to authorize the use of noise abatement monitoring systems in Prince George’s County, to enforce certain motor vehicle noise requirements; and generally relating to the use of noise abatement monitoring systems.
- 8 AN ACT CONCERNING UNTRACEABLE FIREARMS AND MINORS for the purpose of prohibiting the transfer of untraceable firearms to minors; and increasing the maximum penalty for each violation; and other general provisions related to untraceable firearms.
- 9 AN ACT CONCERNING PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY RE-ENTRY EMPLOYMENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM for the purpose of expanding the Re-Entry Employment Incentive Program to County government agencies; providing for regulations and qualifications to the Re-Entry Employment Incentive Program for County agencies; establishing the Re-Entry Employment Incentive Program Fund; requiring a minimum annual appropriation; ; providing an exception to the hiring preference requirement; requiring reporting requirements; and generally relating to re-entry hiring.
- 10 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE COORDINATION COUNCIL FOR PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY for the purpose of expressing the County Council’s strong support and encouragement for the creation of a Criminal Justice Coordination Council.

- 11 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE HEALTHY FOOD IN PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES TASK FORCE for the purpose of creating a task force that will recommend to the County Council, sitting as the Board of Health, nutritional, food safety, and other standards suitable for the correctional facility meal program that support the health, well-being, and religious and cultural identities of detained individuals and incarcerated individuals, align with the GFPP (Center for Good Food Purchasing’s Good Food Purchasing Program) core values, meet or exceed the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, and consider the daily caloric and serving size needs of the populations served.
- 12 AN ACT CONCERNING THE PRINCE GEORGE’S CARES AND HEALTH REIMBURSEMENT ACT for the purpose of establishing a county-wide health program that provides access to primary care services for all Prince George’s County residents who are ineligible for existing healthcare programs.
