- 7 AN ACT CONCERNING NON-COMMERCIAL TRAILER PARKING RESTRICTIONS for the purpose of establishing parking restrictions for non-commercial trailers; and setting penalties for violating these parking restrictions.
- 8 AN ACT CONCERNING CLEAN CURB ACT OF 2025 for the purpose of providing that it is unlawful for the use of any County road, street, highway, or public right of way by leaving cones and objects thereon; authorizing certain County agencies to remove cones and other objects on any County road, street, highway, or public right of way; providing for a certain exclusion; and generally relating to the prohibition on leaving cones and other objects on any County road, street, highway, or public right of way.

- 10 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING A MORATORIUM ON UTILITY PRICE INCREASES for the purpose of requesting the Public Service Commission to impose a moratorium on utility price increases for the indefinite future.
- 11 AN ACT CONCERNING TRAFFIC CALMING DEVICES AND SPEED MONITORING SYSTEMS for the purpose of providing for the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program; providing for traffic studies by certain initiation to evaluate the installation of traffic calming devices on residential streets; providing for certain requests and a certain approval; providing for the timeline for the process of conducting a traffic study and making a determination on whether to install traffic calming devices; providing for appropriate approvals for traffic calming devices; providing for a certain consultation and for a reporting timeline for a final decision on the installation of speed monitoring systems; providing for a certain consultation and for a reporting timeline for a final decision on the installation of residential district speed monitoring systems; and generally regarding traffic calming devices and speed monitoring systems.
