- 13 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING SUPPORTING FOSTER CARE YOUTH for the purpose of establishing a Foster Care Task Force that will develop strategies that increase the social safety net, improve outcomes for foster youth, examine current County processes, recommend policy, and operational and budget actions within the Department of Social Services and other County agencies.
- 14 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING CONTRACT APPROVALS for the purpose of approving various multiyear contracts for the Office of Information Technology.
- 15 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING CONTRACT APPROVALS for the purpose of approving a multi-year contract to procure maintenance services for the County’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management’s communication equipment and supporting software.
- 16 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING MARYLAND-NATIONAL CAPITAL PARK AND PLANNING COMMISSION for the purpose of approving a certain transfer of appropriations within the Recreation Fund of the Approved Fiscal Year 2026 Operating Budget of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission; and directing the restoration of low-priority project funding to the Administration Fund to ensure the immediate and long-term stability of critical operations and programs.
- 17 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING AUTHORIZING SPECIFIC LAW ENFORCEMENT DUTIES FOR THE OFFICE OF THE SHERIFF OF PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY for the purpose of approving specific law enforcement duties for the Prince George’s County Office of the Sheriff to collaborate on responding to domestic violence calls for service in Prince George’s County Police Districts III and VIII in accordance with Section 2-330 of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article, Annotated Code of Maryland.

- 19 AN ACT CONCERNING ENFORCEMENT AND REFERRAL TO THE BOARD OF ETHICS for the purpose of requiring a mandatory review by the Prince George's County Board of Ethics for any person found in violation of Prince George's County Code, Subtitle 2, Section 2, Division 46, Community Inclusiveness.
- 20 AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING FLAGSHIP PROJECT OVERLAY ZONE for the purpose of creating a Flagship Project Overlay Zone to facilitate transformative redevelopment of signature sites in Prince George’s County.
- 21 AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ADMINISTRATION - STREAMLINING THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW PROCESS for the purpose of authorizing concurrent submission of certain development applications regarding the same parcel or development site; and generally streamlining the development review process to foster greater economic growth Prince George’s County.
- 23 AN ACT CONCERNING THE LEGACY WEALTH CONSTRUCTION INCENTIVE PROGRAM for the purpose of establishing an incentive program to reduce disparities in private sector construction projects by increasing economic opportunities for minority-owned businesses and locally owned and operated businesses in Prince George’s County.
- 24 AN ACT CONCERNING NATIONAL BOARD-CERTIFIED TEACHER INCENTIVE PROGRAM MATCH for the purpose of establishing an enhanced incentive program to encourage National Board-Certified mathematics, science, and exceptional needs teachers to teach at low performing schools in Prince George’s County.
