- 1 WELCOME ATTENDANCE DISCUSSION TOPICS • Proposed Legislation o Development Ombudsman's Office: For the purpose of expressing the County Council's support for the establishment of a Development Ombudsman's Office by the County Executive to assist in improving interagency collaboration and efficiency in the development review process. o Concurrent Review of Development Applications: For the purpose of enabling concurrent review of applications for National Resource Inventory, Stormwater Management Concept Plan, Sediment Control Plans, 100-year floodplain delineation, and Site Development Concept Plan during the review of Detailed Site Plan applications, subject to certain conditions. o Streamlining Detailed Site Plan and Preliminary Plan of Subdivision Applications: For the purpose of amending the Subdivision Regulations to enable development applicants to file a combined application that includes both Detailed Site Plan and Preliminary Plan of Subdivision, subject to certain conditions. o Streamlining Detailed Site Plan Applications: For the purpose of amending the Zoning Ordinance to enable development applicants to file a combined application that includes both Detailed Site Plan and Preliminary Plan of Subdivision, subject to certain conditions. • Continued discussion of Streamlining Development Review Workgroup recommendations CLOSING REMARKS NEXT MEETING TBA ADJOURNMENT
